These Terms of Service apply to your use of homelyhue.in (the "website") and to any purchase you make from HomelyHue ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We deliver only within India.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Small differences in colour, finish or size may occur because of lighting, screen settings or manufacturing batches. Product images are for illustration, and accessories shown in photos are included only if listed under "In the box" or in the description.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free within India. Cash on Delivery orders have a ₹25 COD charge, shown at checkout and paid at delivery.
- Prices and offers may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, payment is due in full when the order is delivered.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, we suspect fraud, or the order details cannot be verified. If we cancel, any amount you paid will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
6. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including placing fake or fraudulent orders, attempting to access it without permission, copying its content for commercial use, or interfering with its security. We may restrict access, or decline Cash on Delivery, for accounts or addresses involved in misuse.
7. Intellectual property
The HomelyHue name, logo, website design, text and images we create belong to HomelyHue and may not be used without our written permission. Other brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Product use and safety
Please read and follow the instructions and safety information that come with each product. Electrical and rechargeable items should be used with suitable chargers and kept away from water unless stated otherwise. Keep small parts away from young children.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Palakkad, Kerala will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
